Our Principal Partner, Business Solutions,  Ola Ifidon is a graduate of Economics and the first Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) in the province of Alberta from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), with over ten years experience in Business Analysis, Strategy Assessment, Articulation and Documentation, Project Management, IT projects Business Process Analysis, and Market Share & Competitor Analysis.

She has extensive experience in Business Analysis and through detailed business analysis she ensures alignment between business needs and solution delivery. Ola is driven by the philosophy that value should be evaluated from the perspective of the client. Her passion stems from helping the business identify their real needs and deliver solution that meets these needs. Ola, through Business Analysis, facilitates Business solutions for her clients using IT as an enhancement tool.

In the over 10 years of her professional career, Ola has worked in leading edge companies where she has used her exceptional skills to harness company growth and objectives in addition to offering value added professional services through differentiated customer value proposition.

Ola worked with Accenture, a management and consulting firm, as a senior consultant in the strategy and Business Architecture service line, where she was responsible for process re-engineering, financial restructuring and strategy formulation.

She is currently the partner, Business Solutions at ValCon Inc., a Business and Management consulting company in Alberta, Canada. As Partner, Business Solutions, Ola partners with her clients to identify and create measurable value streams within their businesses.

An active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®), Ola is currently the Vice President, Member Services of the IIBA Calgary Chapter and also a member of the IIBA® Chapter Growth Committee. She was also part of the new IIBA Managing Business Analysts Book review team.

Ola is also a seasoned Business Analysis instructor who combines excellent instructional skills with relevant real life experience to deliver superior value to her clients.

Asides her professional life, Ola is passionate about giving back, she is involved in many local and international charities, including Mustard Seed, Salvation Army, United Way, Mercy Ship and Gentle Hands.
