Ola Ifidon

B.Sc (Hons), CBAP, PMP, MBA, CBA, CIMP

Partner- Strategy and Business Solutions

Ola is a graduate of the Cornell-Queens, Executive MBA program. She has a first degree in economics, and she is the first certified business analysis professional (CBAP), in Alberta, Canada. A Certified Business Architect (CBA), Project Manager (PMP) and Information Management Professional (CIMP), Ola is passionate about delivering business value. She brings over 20 years of professional experience in strategy, digital transformation and innovation, performance management and career consulting. A leader and an author, Ola is an experienced facilitator and instructor that combines excellent instructional skills with relevant real-life experience to deliver superior value to her clients.

Marlene Barker

B.Sc ( Hons)

Associate Director & Strategic Coach

An ardent member of the business and non-profit communities, Marlene leads and supports complex strategic initiatives resulting in positive sustainable change. She is an experienced senior management consulting manager with a multinational professional services company.

As Director, Americas Western Regional, Marlene sits on the Global Chapter Council and is a founding member of the Leadership Program at the International Institute of Business Analysis, a global nonprofit organization.

Diekola Oshinubi

B.Sc (Hons), MSC, CBAP, MBA, TOGAF, CBA

Associate Director, Business Architecture and Client Engagement

With over 25 years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Architecture, Diekola has a Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Computer Science as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Diekola is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and a certified Business Architect (CBA), with certifications in TOGAF and BRMP. She has worked extensively in a variety of industries including oil and gas, public sector, financial, manufacturing, and utilities
