Meet The Team
Ola is an accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise and credentials. She holds a first degree in Economics and is a graduate of the prestigious Cornell-Queens Executive MBA program. As the first certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) in Alberta, Canada, she also boasts certifications as a Certified Business Architect (CBA), Project Manager (PMP), and Information Management Professional (CIMP).
With a passion for delivering business value, Ola brings over 20 years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, innovation, performance management, and career consulting. A respected leader and author, she excels as a facilitator and instructor, seamlessly blending superior instructional skills with real-life experience to provide unparalleled value to her clients
Marlene is a dedicated contributor to both the business and non-profit sectors, leading and championing complex strategic initiatives that drive lasting, positive change. With extensive experience as a senior management consulting manager at a multinational professional services firm, she brings a wealth of expertise in guiding organizations toward their goals.
In her role as Director, Americas Western Regional, Marlene holds a seat on the Global Chapter Council and proudly serves as a founding member of the Leadership Program at the International Institute of Business Analysis, a renowned global nonprofit organization.
Akin is an experienced cybersecurity leader, having served in various organizations. Prior to ValCon, he acted as virtual CISO for a healthcare organization with more than 30 locations. His career experience spans cybersecurity consulting, architecture and design, risk management and cybersecurity strategy design, implementation, and operations across cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments.
With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Information Management from Manchester University UK, Akin boasts over 18 years of experience and holds certifications including CISSP-ISSAP, CBAP, BRMP, Cloud Computing Auditing, TOGAF, CMMC Professional, and Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
Diekola is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Architecture. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, complemented by a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
As a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and certified Business Architect (CBA), Diekola possesses additional certifications in TOGAF and BRMP. Her diverse career has spanned across various industries, including oil and gas, public sector, financial services, manufacturing, and utilities

Eni is an aspiring Business , Digital marketing and socio economic analyst with a solid grasp of digital concepts such as SEO, social media, digital content analytics. He is passionate about improving customer digital experience to innovate new ideas and drive business value. He has certifications in Data Analysis, ChatGPT, Artificial Intelligence and Google Analytics.
Eni is a final year Business administration with Marketing major student at the Mount Royal University, Alberta, Canada and he is currently an intern with ValCon Inc.
Fehintoluwa is a Chartered Management Accountant with CIMA UK, with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom. She is passionate about risk management through process improvements and digital transformation.
Eyiwunmi is a graduate of Geography, holding both a B.Sc and M.Sc from the prestigious University in Nigeria. With over 5 years of experience in investment management and client experience optimization, she brings a wealth of expertise to her endeavors.
Her passion lies in enhancing business processes and devising innovative solutions to surmount challenges. Armed with exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset, Eyiwunmi excels as a collaborative team player
Tolu is a Chartered Accountant holding an M.Sc in Finance and a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
With over 5 years of experience primarily in finance consulting at KPMG, one of the Big 4 firms, Tolu has honed her expertise across diverse industries and functions, including accounting, finance, process optimization, forensic analysis, and risk management.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and report writing skills, alongside a passion for solving complex business challenges. Committed to delivering value to clients and fostering a collaborative work environment.
