Current Opportunities
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team for our client’s engagement. The Scrum master will work with 3D on service innovation, program review and digital transformation projects. The Scrum Master will work as part of cross-functional program review or product delivery teams. These teams, led by client product owners and 3D work collaboratively and collectively participate in a full range of activities including: field research, backlog definition and refinement, and sprint planning and execution. Digital transformation projects review the current state of services, identify future opportunities, and then deliver new services that are efficient, effective and affordable.
Work Location:
The Scrum Master(s) will primarily work remotely ; however, the Scrum Master(s) may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in Edmonton on reasonable notice from the client. Some travel within Alberta may be required to conduct field research and user interviews.

PROJECT MANAGER (NON IT)

We are seeking an experienced Project manager to support the Child Intervention Support Unit (CIBS) with the Ministry of Children and Family Services (CFS) and provide oversight and project management support with the planning and implementation of multiple projects under the Pathway to Paperless initiative.
One project manager will be responsible to provide oversight and project management of in-flight work of current projects and a second project manager will be required to provide holistic oversight and project management of upcoming CFS projects.
Work Location:
This a remote role, although occasional onsite visits may be required.
