Ola is a graduate of the Cornell-Queens, Executive MBA program. She has a first degree in economics, and she is the first certified business analysis professional (CBAP), in Alberta, Canada. A Certified Business Architect (CBA), Project Manager (PMP) and Information Management Professional (CIMP), Ola is passionate about delivering business value. She brings over 20 years of professional experience in strategy, digital transformation and innovation, performance management and career consulting. A leader and an author, Ola is an experienced facilitator and instructor that combines excellent instructional skills with relevant real-life experience to deliver superior value to her clients.

Akin Isinkaye
Akin is an experienced cybersecurity leader, having served in various organizations. Prior to ValCon, he acted as virtual CISO for a healthcare organization with more than 30 locations. His career experience spans cybersecurity consulting, architecture and design, risk management and cybersecurity strategy design, implementation, and operations across cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments. With a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Information Management from Manchester University UK, Akin boasts over 18 years of experience and holds certifications including CISSP-ISSAP, CBAP, BRMP, Cloud Computing Auditing, TOGAF, CMMC Professional, and Azure and AWS cloud technologies.

She is passionate about risk management through process improvements and digital transformation. She has over 12 years of experience in the private and third sectors, where she developed her leadership, business acumen, financial and management accounting, and people skills. She is experienced in managing projects from concept to completion, generating and building relationships, making critical decisions, and identifying opportunities to deliver business outcomes that advance the organization's corporate goals. she has strong analytical and result-oriented approach complemented by excellent client-facing skills across cross-functional teams.
Eni is an aspiring Business , Digital marketing and socio economic analyst with a solid grasp of digital concepts such as SEO, social media, digital content analytics. He is passionate about improving customer digital experience to innovate new ideas and drive business value. He has certifications in Data Analysis, ChatGPT, Artificial Intelligence and Google Analytics.
Eni is a final year Business administration with Marketing major student at the Mount Royal University, Alberta, Canada and he is currently an intern with ValCon Inc.
